1. Click on the Booking Button on any page to reserve your time (a new tab will open to allow you to reserve your times and make payment) Please call to book while we are transitioning to MD.

2. IF new to PPIM, go to registration and Pet Questionnaire pages and fill out forms

3. Sign and email contract and vet release form

If you are new to PPIM, Susan will set up a Meet and Greet appointment to meet your pup(s) and to answer any questions you may have.
